Unemployed people who are registered at the Labor Office have a hard time finding a loan. Banks give them no credit and there are a number of non-bank providers that require proof of income. If a person who is unemployed just needs a small loan of up to several thousand, so a suitable loan can be found, often without fees. If a person in the Labor Office needs to borrow much more (for example, tens to hundreds of thousands), the only chance is to take out a loan on the basis of a property guarantee where a receipt is usually not required.
Real Estate Loans
Loans for which the client is liable for their own property have the advantage that they usually do not have to prove their income. Mostly, their providers do not even look into the debtors’ register, and this type of credit is a good solution for those who need a high loan and cannot get it. As for a suitable property, it can be not only a flat or a family house, but as a pledge can be used for example a holiday house (cottage or cottage), or land.
